Order Processing and Shipping Information

Order Processing Time:

Please allow 3 - 5 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

Shipping Time:

  • U.S. Orders: Shipped via USPS & FedEx, with an average transit time of 15 - 20 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times may vary between 15 - 30 business days, depending on the fulfillment center.

Shipping Delays:

Please note that shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as pandemics, natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. While we aim to deliver orders on time, unexpected delays may happen.

Tracking Information:

All orders come with tracking details. Once your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking information. For assistance with tracking, please visit the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement without penalty. To cancel, simply email us at aestora@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL MY ORDER."

Incorrect Address:

If you notice that you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. We can correct the address within 24 hours of placing your order. After shipment, we’re unable to modify the address.

Delivery Attempts:

Carriers usually make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
